Alice is a vibrant, motivated and an ambitious young lawyer with a strong business culture.
She has experience in corporate regulatory and compliance, Government Relations and Regulatory Practice as well as dispute resolution.
At Breakthrough Attorneys, Alice consults and advises on matters relating to Commercial Practice including but not limited to Labour and Employment Law and commercial transactions. Her practice is primarily focused on corporate law management, including assisting clients with regards to contracts, boardroom etiquette and company secretarial affairs, banking and finance, real estate, investment, taxation and providing general regulatory advice to clients.
Alice has an LL.B from the University of Dar es salaam and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania.
